What is the head size requirement?
Head from chin to crown must be 32–36 mm — roughly 70–80% of the photo height.
What background?
Light grey, white, or off-white. We replace any background with a compliant tone.
Can I wear glasses?
Generally not recommended. If you must, frames must not cover the eyes and there must be no glare.
How recent should it be?
Taken in the last 6 months. Older photos may be rejected as a non-current likeness.
