• ·Removes and replaces backgrounds.
• ·Adjusts dimensions, head crop, and positioning.
• ·Enhances quality using neural models.
• ·Delivers processed photos digitally; print is an upsell.

§ 03

User responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• ·Provide accurate information.
• ·Upload only photos you have the right to use.
• ·Not upload illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• ·Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• ·Not attempt to bypass security controls.
• ·Not use the Service for fraud.

Payment terms

Pricing

Listed on the site. Subject to change. Existing orders honor the price at purchase.

Processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card data.

Refunds

Covered by our Refund Policy and the 100% acceptance guarantee.

§ 05

Intellectual property

Your content

You keep every right to the photo you upload. You grant us a narrow, time-limited licence to process it on your behalf — and only that.

Our content

The Service, including the codebase, designs, copy, and brand, belongs to VisaPics and is protected by international copyright and trademark law.

§ 06

Disclaimers & limitations

Availability

We aim for 24/7. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Accuracy

We work hard to meet the official spec. We can’t guarantee acceptance in every consulate or border-control booth in the world.

Liability

Our total liability for a claim is capped at what you paid for the Service.

§ 07

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.

§ 08

Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes are posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
