Refund Policy

A practical, no-clauses-in-Latin description of when you get money back, how quickly, and what to write in the email.

TL;DR

100% money-back. If you’re not satisfied, or an authority rejects the photo, we refund in full within 24–48 hours of the request and re-process a new photo for free.

§ 01

Full refund eligibility

Photo rejected

A government agency, embassy, or visa centre rejects the photo for a technical reason (size, background, head crop, exposure, expression).

Service issue

We can’t process your photo because of a fault on our end, or the result doesn’t meet the spec you selected.

General dissatisfaction

You’re unhappy for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

Non-delivery

You don’t receive processed photos within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

How to request a refund

    Email support@visapics.org from the address that placed the order.

    Include order number and reason — even one sentence helps.

If the photo was rejected, we re-process a new one for free — alongside the refund.

Important notes

  • ·Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • ·Exchange-rate drift between charge and refund is not covered.
  • ·Repeat refund requests for the same issue may be declined.
