Full refund eligibility
Photo rejected
A government agency, embassy, or visa centre rejects the photo for a technical reason (size, background, head crop, exposure, expression).
Service issue
We can’t process your photo because of a fault on our end, or the result doesn’t meet the spec you selected.
General dissatisfaction
You’re unhappy for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
Non-delivery
You don’t receive processed photos within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Free re-processing
If the photo was rejected, we re-process a new one for free — alongside the refund.
Priority support
Refund tickets get a dedicated reviewer, not the general queue.

Important notes
- ·Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- ·Exchange-rate drift between charge and refund is not covered.
- ·Repeat refund requests for the same issue may be declined.
- ·We reserve the right to deny abusive refund patterns.
