To upload a photo, go to your dashboard and click the "Upload New Photo" button. Select your photo file, choose the appropriate vault, and fill in any required information. Your photo will be processed automatically according to the selected specifications.
We support all major image formats including JPEG, PNG, BMP, and TIFF. For best results, we recommend using JPEG or PNG formats with a minimum resolution of 600x600 pixels.
To enable 2FA, go to Security settings in your account. Click "Enable 2FA", scan the QR code with your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy), and enter the verification code. Don't forget to save your backup codes!
Yes! You can share individual vaults with family members or colleagues. In the vault settings, click "Share Vault" and enter the email addresses of people you want to share with. You can set different permission levels for each person.
Photos in your vault are stored indefinitely as long as your account is active. We recommend downloading important photos for your personal backup. Photos typically expire 6 months after their upload date for visa/passport validity purposes, but they remain in your vault for reference.
We support visa and passport photo requirements for 172 countries with over 952 document types. Our AI automatically adjusts your photo to meet the specific requirements of your selected country and document type. The most popular countries include USA, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, Japan, and more.
VisaPics uses a credit-based system for photo processing. Each photo costs 1 credit. You can purchase credits individually ($3.99 per photo) or in bundles for better value: Family Pack (5 photos for $14.99) or Travel Pack (10 photos for $24.99). Credits are valid for 1 year from purchase. You can check your credit balance on the Subscription page.
When you process a photo and have credits available, you'll see a "Use Photo Credit" button instead of the payment page. Click it to use 1 credit from your balance. Your photo will be processed immediately and sent to your email. You can also download it directly from the success page. Check your remaining credits anytime on the Subscription page.
Currently, photos are automatically processed according to the selected specifications. If you need different specifications, you can re-upload the photo with different settings. We're working on adding manual editing features in future updates.
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your photos are stored securely in private vaults, and we never share your personal information with third parties. You can enable two-factor authentication for additional security.
From your dashboard, click "Add from Order" to see all your previous orders. Select the photos you want to import and choose a vault. Your photos will be instantly added to your selected vault for permanent storage.
Yes, photo credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase. We'll send you email reminders before your credits expire. You can view your credit balance and expiration dates on the Subscription page. If you have multiple credit purchases, the oldest credits are used first.
