Stuck on something specific?

How do I download photos again?

Open the order in Orders → click Download. Photos stay in your Vault for years.

My photo was rejected by an embassy — what now?

Email support@visapics.org with the rejection reason and order number. We refund and re-process within 24 hours under the guarantee.

I need a different document spec

Pick a new country/document on the home page form — credits and orders apply across specs.

How do I delete my data?

Email privacy@visapics.org. Hard-delete within 24 hours.

I lost access to my 2FA device

Use a backup code from Security settings or email support.
